At Jubilee Network International (JNI), we value our members and strive to provide quality training and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
All membership and registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and access to JNI’s platform, training, or services has been granted.
Payments made for training programs, seminars, or events are generally non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by JNI, members will have the option to:
Receive a full refund, or
Transfer the payment to the next available program.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to attend events, training, or programs without prior notice.
Digital downloads or services once accessed.
