Welcome to Jubilee Network International (JNI). By registering, participating in our programs, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before joining.
1. Membership Eligibility
- 1.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above but parents can register accounts for their children and manage it for them.
- 1.2 Registration requires accurate and verifiable personal details. False or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
- 1.3 A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $16 USD is required for all new members.
- 1.4 JNI reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke membership at its discretion.
2. Member Responsibilities
- 2.1 Members must uphold the core values of JNI: Innovation, Excellence, Reliability, Empowerment, Oneness, Love & Empathy, and Strategic Planning.
- 2.2 Members shall:
Conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity.
Avoid fraudulent or deceptive practices when promoting JNI.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.
2.3 Each member is solely responsible for managing their JNI account and login details.
3. Compensation Plan & Earnings Disclaimer
- 3.1 JNI operates a Matrix System Compensation Plan (3×3, 3×4, 3×5), offering income streams such as Referral Bonuses, Level Bonuses, Matrix Completion Bonuses, Incentives & Rewards, and E-Commerce Marketing Income.
- 3.2 Earnings are performance-based and depend on individual effort, referrals, and participation.
- 3.3 JNI does not guarantee fixed earnings or success. Results vary by individual commitment, skill, and market conditions.
- 3.4 Incentives (e.g., laptops, cars, trips, houses, shareholder privileges) are subject to qualification, verification, and availability.
4. E-Commerce Platform Usage
- 4.1 JNI provides an online platform for members to market and sell products and services globally.
- 4.2 Members must ensure all listed products comply with legal, safety, and intellectual property standards.
- 4.3 The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
- 4.4 JNI reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate platform policies.
5. Humanitarian & Asset Support
- 5.1 JNI may provide humanitarian assistance and asset support (e.g., housing funds, vehicles, electronics) as part of its empowerment initiatives.
- 5.2 Such support is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability, eligibility, and company discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
- 6.1 Members must respect fellow members and leaders within JNI.
- 6.2 Harassment, abuse, hate speech, discrimination, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
- 6.3 Members must not exploit JNI training materials, systems, or networks to build rival organizations or engage in unfair competition.
7. Intellectual Property
- 7.1 All training materials, logos, trademarks, and digital resources are the intellectual property of JNI.
- 7.2 Members may use these materials solely for business purposes within JNI.
- 7.3 Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification of JNI intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- 8.1 JNI provides training, mentorship, and business opportunities but does not guarantee specific results.
- 8.2 JNI shall not be held liable for:
Financial losses from member decisions or investments.
Service interruptions, technical issues, or system failures.
Misconduct or fraudulent actions by individual members.
8.3 Members are advised to exercise due diligence before engaging in any transactions.
9. Termination of Membership
- 9.1 JNI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:
Breach of these Terms
Misrepresentation of JNI services or compensation plan
Fraudulent or unethical practices
- 9.2 Termination may result in forfeiture of earnings, bonuses, or access to JNI platforms.
- 9.3 Members may voluntarily resign by submitting a written notice to JNI.
10. Governing Law
- 10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
- 10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, before resorting to legal action.
